- If unpaid, you must pay on collection (cash or cheque to IOM Athletics)
Course Information
- Inspection: Open from 11.30am on race day
- Surface: Mainly agricultural grassland and rugby fields
- Conditions: Fast in places, could be muddy near Peel Road, rough on farm section
- Features:
- Short hill in laps for U13 and upwards
- U9 & U11 run on rugby fields only
- Short course option for U20, senior & veteran athletes
- Briefing: At the start line, 5 minutes before each race
- Note: No race will start earlier than advertised

- Alternative near NSC, walk from Quarter Bridge
- Refreshments: Tuck shop run by Douglas RUFC – spectators encouraged to stay and enjoy
- Spectators: Please keep off the racing line and follow marshal instructions

- 1.35pm – U15 Boys & U17 Women, 3,900m (1 small + 1 large lap)
- 1.37pm – U13 Boys & Girls, U15 Girls, 3,000m (1 large lap)
- 2.10pm – Short Course (U20/Senior/Vet option), 3,000m (1 large lap)
- 2.20pm – U17 Men + Junior/Senior/Vet Women, 6,000m (2 large laps)
- 2.20pm – Junior/Senior/Vet Men, 9,000m (3 large laps)
