Interested in supporting athletics and learning more about Race Walking?
England Athletics are running two online Level 1 Race Walking Officials’ courses, providing an excellent opportunity to get involved in officiating and help support race walking events both on and off the Island.
Course Dates:
• 15 June 2026
• 24 June 2026
If you are a member of an Isle of Man based club, then the course may be subsidised at the full amount for those wishing to qualify and support athletics on the Island.
The course is delivered online, making it easy to take part from the Isle of Man.
Race walking officials play a vital role in ensuring fair competition and helping athletes develop within the sport. Whether you’re already involved in athletics, have an interest in officiating, or are looking for a new way to contribute to the sport, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain an official qualification.
