The Track & Field Championships will take place at the National Sports Centre Athletics Track in Douglas on Saturday 11th July, with the first event starting at 10:00am.
Registration will take place from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Manx Harriers Clubhouse. If you arrive after 12:00pm, please collect your bib numbers from the Commentary Box in the NSC Grandstand.
Officials and helpers are kindly asked to arrive no later than 9:45am, ahead of the first event. Upon arrival, please gather outside the front of the NSC Grandstand, where Tonya Corrin will allocate your roles and duties for the day. If you are only able to help later in the day, please report to Tonya or speak to one of the officials on arrival, and they will advise you of your role.
Athletes competing in the hurdle events are asked to declare their participation at least 30 minutes before their event, either at Registration or at the Commentary Box.
Medal presentations will take place throughout the day. The Victor Ludorum and Victrix Ludorum shields will be presented at the conclusion of the championships.
Lunch will be served from 1:00pm at the Manx Harriers Clubhouse, with food kindly provided by the Creg-Ny-Baa. A selection of food options will be available. You bring your own lunch which can be stored in the clubhouse, where it will be kept in a cool environment.
IOMA will also provide free tea and coffee to officials and helpers, so please bring your own travel mug for refills.
Where possible, we kindly ask that athletes, officials and helpers wear Isle of Man Athletics branded clothing. This helps promote the association and makes it easier for competitors and spectators to identify those who are officiating or assisting throughout the day.

The Deja Brew coffee van will also be located outside the athletics venue throughout the day, serving a range of hot drinks.
