Vacancy: Youth Development League Manager (YDL) – Isle of Man Athletics
Isle of Man Athletics is currently seeking applications for the voluntary role of Youth Development League (YDL) Team Manager .
The YDL Team Manager plays a vital leadership role in delivering a positive, safe, and high-quality competition experience for young athletes. Responsible for selecting and organising the team, liaising with clubs and competition providers, and ensuring all safeguarding, affiliation, and logistical requirements are met, the Team Manager helps create an environment where athletes can perform at their best. From coordinating travel and supervision to supporting athletes’ wellbeing on competition day and celebrating their achievements afterwards, the role is central to building strong team spirit, encouraging personal development, and ensuring the long-term success of youth athletics.
The role is voluntary.
